Our leadership team has held significant leadership positions in a number of major
corporations and has been involved in the training industry for more than thirty years.

During that time, we've learned through practical experience that a number of factors have to come together in just the right way to produce growth in and through people.
We've also learned that without real growth on the part of your people, there is no
genuine return on investment.


There are five factors that must be a part of any program in order for it to produce
lasting change on the part of those who are participating in the process. They are
experience, content, method of implementation, customization and 'one-on-one'
coaching in the workplace - all of which are integral parts of each of the training
and development processes we offer through our organization.
 

Experience

We've combined academic excellence, years of practical experience and important disciplines with the latest thinking in educational psychology to create and perfect the most affordable and effective, results-oriented training and development processes available to corporate America today. (Our track record will attest to that fact!) Your
participants will learn from seasoned leaders who have actually succeeded out
there in the real world when it comes to what they are teaching.
 

Content

Whether it has to do with leadership, management, sales or general employee development, each one of our very unique training processes focuses on the right combination of subjects, skills and methodologies needed in order to achieve growth
and eventual excellence in that particular position. Success never comes down to just
one thing. To achieve success in any position, employees must be genuinely effective in a number of different areas. Their overall effectiveness in their current position will
be 'diminished' to the degree that they are 'ineffective' in any one or more of the
areas that are critical to their success in that position. We take a balanced
approach to developing your most valuable resource - your people.
 

Method of Implementation

Each of our training processes have been designed to accommodate basic human
nature and the way adults learn and grow. Adults learn by doing and they grow as the result of being given the opportunity to begin succeeding on a repetitive basis. It is
with that in mind that we become an integral part of your organization initially for
twelve months - long enough for us to influence valuable patterns of success on
the part of those participating in the customized training process you choose.

Our processes are designed to cause 'succeeding' to become 'habitual' on the
part of those who participate with us in the overall process. That is what ultimately
insures a significant return on what is being invested in the customized training.

Each one of our training processes includes twelve monthly sessions which are very interactive in nature. They also include application projects that are to be completed between each of the sessions, team projects that are strategically designed to focus
on the accomplishment of important company goals, and also extremely effective
'one-on-one' coaching sessions with each participant on a regular basis as we
progress through the twelve month process. (Sessions are also available on
an individual basis if preferred.)
 

Customization

Each of our results-oriented processes begins with in-depth advance research
that allows us to then customize all of the printed materials, the discussions and exercises, the application projects and ultimately the complete process to the
unique needs of the organization we are working with and to the individual
needs of their participants.

For example, when you're selecting an effective training program for your unique
organization, it's critical that you ask yourself a few extremely important questions
on the front end of your search such as, What specific need prompted you to begin
your search for the right training program for your organization? What problems will
need to be addressed and effectively solved in order for you to achieve the kinds of
results you will be looking for? Will those results represent a short-term fix or will they
represent long-term, lasting change, the kind of change that you can continue to build
on after the program has been successfully concluded?

One of the most important questions to address is, How will you know that you will
have received a 'legitimate return' on what you will have invested in the training you
select for your people? These and other very important questions represent the kind
of customized approach we take - and they also represent the kinds of measurable
results we consistently produce on behalf of all of the unique clients we work with.
 

Individual Coaching

Individual 'one-on-one' coaching is included and made available to each participant
as a part of each of our training processes. People will often times ask questions and
in many cases be willing to deal with sensitive issues that they otherwise would not be willing to bring up in a group environment. Coaching also affords us the opportunity to help participants apply what they are learning to the specific challenges they may be faced with in their own areas of responsibility. Personalized coaching sessions represent opportunities for real break-throughs and opportunities to influence significant growth on the part of those participating in the training process.
