On the following pages you will find examples of some of the types of letters we
receive from our participants and client companies on a regular basis. You will notice that in some of our earlier letters, our leadership development process is referred to
as the BULLET PROOF MANAGER and LEADERSHIP 2000.

When we originally developed our very unique leadership development process,
we made a very important commitment to each of our participating companies
to continually update and revise the series on an annual basis. This commitment
was made in an effort to ensure that all of our participating companies will be
able to provide their managers with the most 'up-to-date' information
possible each year.

When the series was revised again in 1994, we changed the name of the series
to LEADERSHIP 2000. After several additional revisions, the name of the series
was then changed again in the year 2000 to LEADERSHIP-THE BOTTOM LINE.

The new series is an advanced process that provides managers with a much more
in-depth understanding of their role as a leader in their organization and how to
achieve a much greater degree of growth, both in and through their people in
less time. The new series combines the best of the basics with many of the key
strategies of some of the most progressive and highly successful leaders in the
business world today. It truly does pick up where LEADERSHIP 2000 left off!
