    Speaking engagements are typically 1 to 2 hours in length and can
    also be customized to the needs of the organization or audience.

 

What's included . . .

Each of our customized training processes include a combination of advance
research, self-assesments and 360 degree assessments, monthly sessions
customized to the 'specific needs' of the client company, customized
student materials to be used as a part of the monthly sessions and
for additional self study, and individual 'on-site' coaching.

In addition, 'pre and post' testing is implemented to measure
the impact of the customized training.

All of our customized training processes are designed to not only provide
our participants with important knowledge and many valuable skills, but
also to create positive and lasting change in terms of their impact
as genuine leaders in their organization no matter what their
position might be. This approach typically leads to improved
