We use a combination of in-depth advance research, personal and 360 assessments,
monthly sessions, and personal 'on-site' coaching to not only provide our participants

change in terms of the example they set, their impact as leaders, and the quality of
the relationships they develop and maintain with the people they lead and manage
on a daily basis. This typically leads to participants being able to achieve a much
greater degree of productivity through their people in less time and with much
less effort.

The total leadership development process formally takes twelve months to complete
