managers into highly effective leaders and developers of people who function day in and day out as great managers. It's a very effective, on-going process that moves participants through
a very strategic, growth-oriented paradigm shift.

It focuses on the development of both leadership and management skills, customer service skills, effective people skills, and proven business fundamentals, all from a very unique 'leadership-oriented' perspective. Managers are moved through a very unique maturing process that leaves them thinking and performing like true leaders.



Process . . .

The overall process includes advance research, interactive monthly sessions, team
assignments, application projects, individual one-on-one coaching for participants,
periodic assessments to determine levels of progress, quality printed materials,
on-line monthly newsletters and session follow-ups that provide participants
with valuable reinforcement as they are moving through the customized
training process - all of which is fully customized for each client.


The total leadership development process formally takes twelve months to complete
and there are many additional 'alumni' benefits that participants can take advantage
of year after year with no additional cost to themselves or to their organization.
