THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

Mission Statement

The purpose of The Leadership Institute is to help companies

and organizations grow to achieve even greater degrees
of success by impacting their people in a very positive
way both personally and professionally.

Our purpose is to challenge and to equip people to grow

mentally, physically and spiritually in order to contribute

to the success of their families, their organizations
and
to the betterment of society in general.

We are committed to building champions within our own
organization and in the companies and organizations we
serve, while bringing a greater degree of integrity, quality
and professionalism to both our industry and our marketplace
by exemplifying the Word of God in everything we say and do.

Leader Wanted

Leader wanted who will not lose individuality in a crowd, a leader

who has the courage of his convictions and who is not afraid to say

"No" even though all the world says yes.

Leader wanted who is dominated by a mighty purpose. A leader who

will not allow the over development of one faculty to stamp out or

paralyze other faculties.

Leader wanted who is larger than his calling, who considers it a low

estimate of his occupation to value it merely as a means of making a

living.

Leader wanted who sees self-development, education, culture, integrity,

discipline, character and personhood in his work.

Leader wanted who is not a coward in any part of his nature.

Leader wanted who is well balanced, who is not cursed with some small

defect or weakness which cripples his usefulness and neutralizes his

power.

Leader wanted who is symmetrical and not one-sided in his or her

development, who has not spent all of his energies in one narrow

specialty and allowed other branches of his life to wither and die.

Leader wanted who is broadminded and does not take a half view of

things, a person who mixes common sense with intuition, who does not

let a college education spoil him for practical everyday life; a leader who

prefers substance to show and regards his good name as a priceless

treasure.

Leader wanted who is full of life and fire, whose passions are trained

to heed it's strong desire, the servant of a tender conscience, who has

learned to love beauty whether of nature or of art, and to hate all

violence and who respects all others as he does himself.

Leader wanted who is educated in all ways, whose nerves are brought

to a sharper sensibility, whose brain is cultured, keen and incisive, and

whose hands are adept, whose eyes are alert, sensitive and trained,

and whose heart is tender, magnanimous and true.

True Leaders Bring Vision, Faith and

Courage to a Coordinated Effort.

"So he fed them according to the integrity of his heart; and he
guided them by the skillfulness of his hands."  Psalm 78:72
