Jim Abbondante

Jim Abbondante presently lives in Tyler, Texas with his family where he's the President and Director of Training for THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE, a results-oriented research and development organization that since 1990 has specialized primarily in Leadership Skills, Management Development, Relationship Selling, Customer Service, Strategic Business Strategies, Human Resource Development, and also Career Development for the Professional Sales Executive.

Jim has traveled extensively across the United States and Canada for the last 36 years as a successful entrepreneur, a corporate training consultant, a personal success coach and as a workshop facilitator with OWENS TRAINING OF AMERICA, ZIG ZIGLAR CORPORATION, TOM HOPKINS INTERNATIONAL, THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE, and also as a member of THE LEADERSHIP GROUP.

During this time, Jim has helped many companies such as AT&T, ADT, IBM, NEC AMERICA, MOTOROLA, METROPOLITAN LIFE, XEROX and many others achieve substantial increases in productivity and growth through the development of their people and the strategic improvement of their processes.

Jim's unique and very effective approaches are the result of his vast experience in human resource development, and also his extensive research that combines the best possible content with the latest educational technologies. As the result of his ability to customize the content and tailor the methods of implementation to meet the unique needs of each client, he has been able to influence significant increases in employee growth and levels of productivity in the organizations he has worked with, thereby positioning them to achieve much greater returns on what they are already investing in their people.

While Jim's formal academic training is in psychology, theology and broadcast communications, he relies more on the practical experience he has gained during his many years in the people business as a successful entrepreneur, corporate training consultant and as a personal and professional success coach to achieve the extraordinary results he does on behalf of his clients. Jim has a deep love for people and demonstrates a sincere commitment to what is always in the best interest of the clients he serves.

Jim has authored a number of very successful books including "SALES-THE BOTTOM LINE" and also "LEADERSHIP-THE BOTTOM LINE".
